Our coffee processing mostly depends on the customers requirements of grade of roasting. Most customers prefers medium grade roasting and some prefers dark roast. Also, some customers prefers the whole beans while some prefers the grounded ones after roasting. We comply with the customers preference and do not impose any additional fee on their choice.

After the coffee beans are roasted, they will get sorted for the third time, in order to pick any irregularity before packing or proceed with grinding.

After such slow and careful process, the roasted coffee beans shall be packed and sealed for shipment. From each batch of shipment, random samples are taken to central laboratory of Ethiopian Standards Agency to taste the physical and chemical contents of the product. In such a way we insure the products are qualified enough not only in their initial harvesting process but post roasting process with their physical and chemical content taste.
